Chef Aon Krittathiranon is a classically trained Thai chef, and stays true to the Thai flavors in his recipes so you will not find Americanized dishes at Th8N8 Thai. We focus on dishes from Northern Thailand, specifically from Chiang Mai. Most of the menu selections at ThiNi Thai are meant to be eaten family-style and sharing is encouraged.
